     Helen Maxwell Cunningham was the daughter of James John Cunningham.1 She married Reverend Gilbert Vyvyan Heathcote, son of Rt. Hon. Sir William Heathcote, 5th Bt. and Hon. Caroline Frances Perceval, on 14 November 1865.1 She died in 1882.1
     From 14 November 1865, her married name became Heathcote.1
