     John Wilson was born on 9 February 1812 at Renfrew, Scotland^G. He was the son of Andrew Wilson and Amelia Glasgow. He married Jane Blue, daughter of Donald Blue and Catherine McFarlain, on 28 November 1841. He died on 9 March 1883 at age 71 at Clyde, Whitesides County, Illinois, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Jane Blue was born in 1824 at Queens, New Brunswick, Canada^G. She was the daughter of Donald Blue and Catherine McFarlain. She married John Wilson, son of Andrew Wilson and Amelia Glasgow, on 28 November 1841.
     From 28 November 1841, her married name became Wilson.

     Donald Blue married Sarah McCallum on 24 July 1785.

     Sarah McCallum married Donald Blue on 24 July 1785.
     From 24 July 1785, her married name became Blue.

     Donald Blue was born on 18 January 1799 at Argyle, Scotland^G. He was the son of Donald Blue and Sarah McCallum. He married Catherine McFarlain, daughter of John McFarlane and Cunningham Forsyth, on 15 January 1815.

     Catherine McFarlain was born on 10 January 1801 at Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland^G. She was the daughter of John McFarlane and Cunningham Forsyth. She married Donald Blue, son of Donald Blue and Sarah McCallum, on 15 January 1815.
     From 15 January 1815, her married name became Blue.

     John McFarlane was baptised on 2 August 1769 at Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland^G. He was baptised in August 1769 at Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland^G. He was the son of William McFarlane and Elizabeth Allison. He married Cunningham Forsyth on 14 December 1793.

     Cunningham Forsyth married John McFarlane, son of William McFarlane and Elizabeth Allison, on 14 December 1793.
     From 14 December 1795, her married name became McFarlane.
