Captain George Ryefield Taylour was born on 13 February 1875.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Lord John Henry Taylour and Eliza Winifred Mary Llewellin.1 He died on 19 October 1914 at age 39, killed in action.1

Alfred Robert Llewellin-Taylour was born on 12 May 1877.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Lord John Henry Taylour and Eliza Winifred Mary Llewellin.1 He married, secondly, Beatrix Hope C. (?).1 He married, firstly, Marjorie Leonore Scully, daughter of John Francis Scully, on 12 August 1954.1 He died in 1972 at Kensington, London, England.2
Alfred Robert Llewellin-Taylour was baptised with the name of Alfred Robert Taylour.1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1903 entitled to practice as a barrister.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 1st Battalion, London Regiment (Territorial Forces).1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.).1 He was invested as a Fellow, Royal Society of Arts (F.R.S.A.).1 He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1923 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He held the office of Member of the Holborn Borough Council between 1926 and 1945.1 He held the office of Member of the Kensington Borough Council between 1933 and 1955.1 On 17 February 1937 his name was legally changed to Alfred Robert Llewellin-Taylour by Deed Poll.1
