     Julius Leigh Rowley was born on 3 March 1864.3 He was the son of Reverend Julius Henry Rowley and Julia Molyneux.2 He married, firstly, Florence Welch, daughter of Harry Welch, in 1890.3 He married, secondly, Alma Coe, daughter of Harry Coe, in 1899.1 He died on 5 January 1943 at age 78.1
