     Mary Hay Chapman was the daughter of Reverend William Hay Chapman.2 She married John Richard Frederick Rowley, son of John Angerstein Rowley and Georgiana Augusta Catania, in 1897.1 She died in 1902.1
     From 1897, her married name became Rowley.

     Vivian Charles Beaumont Rowley was born on 15 April 1918.1 He was the son of Charles John Rowley and Ronalda Bruce Margaret Wentworth Beaumont.2 He married, firstly, Marion Theodora Gibbs.1 He married, secondly, Elsie Kail in October 1967.1 He married, thirdly, Connie Morris in April 1989.1 He died on 24 November 1995 at age 77.1
     Vivian Charles Beaumont Rowley fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of officer in the service of the 1st Division, Royal Canadian Army.1 He was decorated with the award of Canadian Volunteer Service Medal.1 He was with Marine Division, British Columbia Government before 1978.1
