     Canon Hon. Robert Grimston was born on 18 April 1860. He was the son of James Walter Grimston, 2nd Earl of Verulam and Elizabeth Joanna Weyland.² He married Gertrude Mary Amelia Villiers, daughter of Reverend Charles Villiers and Florence Mary Tyssen-Amherst, on 20 August 1896.³ He died on 8 July 1928 at age 68.
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.).⁴ He lived at Darrowfield House, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England.

     James Walter Grimston, 2nd Earl of Verulam was born on 22 February 1809. He was the son of James Walter Grimston, 1st Earl of Verulam and Lady Charlotte Jenkinson. He married Elizabeth Joanna Weyland, daughter of Major Richard Weyland, on 12 September 1844. He died on 27 July 1895 at age 86.
     He gained the title of 2nd Earl of Verulam.

     Elizabeth Joanna Weyland was the daughter of Major Richard Weyland. She married James Walter Grimston, 2nd Earl of Verulam, son of James Walter Grimston, 1st Earl of Verulam and Lady Charlotte Jenkinson, on 12 September 1844. She died on 5 July 1886.
      Her married name became Grimston.

     Major Richard Weyland lived at Woodeaton, Oxfordshire, England.

     James Walter Grimston, 3rd Earl of Verulam was born on 11 May 1852. He was the son of James Walter Grimston, 2nd Earl of Verulam and Elizabeth Joanna Weyland. He married Margaret Frances Graham, daughter of Sir Frederick Ulric Graham, 3rd Bt. and Lady Jane Hermione St. Maur Seymour, on 30 April 1878.¹ He died on 11 November 1924 at age 72.
     He gained the title of 3rd Earl of Verulam.

     Margaret Frances Graham was the daughter of Sir Frederick Ulric Graham, 3rd Bt. and Lady Jane Hermione St. Maur Seymour.¹ She married, firstly, Alexander Aeneas Mackintosh, 27th of Mackintosh, son of Alexander Mackintosh, 26th of Mackintosh and Mary Glass, in 1875.² She married, secondly, James Walter Grimston, 3rd Earl of Verulam, son of James Walter Grimston, 2nd Earl of Verulam and Elizabeth Joanna Weyland, on 30 April 1878.¹ She died on 4 October 1927.¹
      From 1875, her married name became Mackintosh. Her married name became Grimston.

     Mary Margaret Lucy Hope was born on 27 December 1940.¹ She is the daughter of Colonel Archibald John George Hope of Luffness and Mary Pilar Elizabeth Gordon.¹ She married Richard Simon Baillie, son of Alexander Maciej Gucewicz-Baillie, in 1978.¹
      Mary Margaret Lucy Hope usually went by her middle name of Margaret.¹ From 1978, her married name became Baillie.¹ She lived in 2003 at Allanbank, Lauder, Berwickshire, Scotland.¹

     Commander William Grimston was born on 7 January 1855. He was the son of James Walter Grimston, 2nd Earl of Verulam and Elizabeth Joanna Weyland. He died on 10 May 1900 at age 45, unmarried.
     He gained the rank of Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.

     Harriot Elizabeth Grimston was born circa 1845. She was the daughter of James Walter Grimston, 2nd Earl of Verulam and Elizabeth Joanna Weyland. She married Maj.-Gen. Francis Harwood Poore on 24 March 1885. She died on 15 August 1888.
      Her married name became Poore.

     Maj.-Gen. Francis Harwood Poore married Harriot Elizabeth Grimston, daughter of James Walter Grimston, 2nd Earl of Verulam and Elizabeth Joanna Weyland, on 24 March 1885. He died on 19 February 1928.
