     Joseph Pease was born on 22 June 1799.1 He is the son of Edward Pease and Rachel Whitwell.2 He married Emma Gurney, daughter of Joseph Gurney, on 20 March 1826.1 He died on 2 February 1872 at age 72.1
     Joseph Pease was Member of Parliament (M.P.) for South Durham between 1832 and 1841.1 He lived at Cliffe House, Marske-by-the-Sea, Yorkshire, England.1 He lived at Southend, Darlington, County Durham, England.1

     Henry Pease was born on 4 May 1807.1 He was the son of Edward Pease and Rachel Whitwell.2 He married, firstly, Anna Fell, daughter of Richard Fell, on 25 February 1835.1 He married, secondly, Mary Lloyd, daughter of Samuel Lloyd, on 19 January 1859.3 He died on 30 May 1881 at age 74.1
     Henry Pease held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for South Durham between 1857 and 1865.1 He lived at Pierrepont, Surrey, England.1 He lived at Stanhope Castle, County Durham, England.1
