     Sir Robin George Colborne Nugent, 5th Bt. was born on 11 July 1925.1 He was the son of Sir George Guy Bulwer Nugent, 4th Bt. and May Esther Bigsby.2 He married, firstly, Ursula Mary Cooke, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Herbert Fothergill Cooke, on 17 April 1947.1 He and Ursula Mary Cooke were divorced in 1967.1 He married, secondly, Victoria Anna Irmgard Cartellieri, daughter of Dr. Peter Cartellieri, in 1967.1 He died on 26 November 2006 at age 81.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1944 and 1945, in Italy.1 He was educated at RWA School of Architecture.1 He was registered as a Associate, Royal Institute of British Architects (A.R.I.B.A.) in 1959.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Nugent, of Waddesdon, co. Berks [U.K., 1806] on 17 August 1970.1 He lived in 2003 at Bannerdown House, Bannerdown Road, Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.1
