     Robert Ross Rowan Moore was born on 23 December 1811.1 He was the son of William Moore and Anne Rowan.2 He married Rebecca Fisher, daughter of Benjamin Clarke Fisher, on 1 January 1845.1 He died on 6 August 1864 at age 52.1
     He was a practising barrister.1 He lived at Garden Hill, Kilmainham, County Dublin, IrelandG.1

     Sir Norman Moore, 1st Bt. was born on 8 January 1847.1 He was the son of Robert Ross Rowan Moore and Rebecca Fisher.2 He married, firstly, Amy Smith, daughter of William Leigh Smith, on 30 March 1880.1 He married, secondly, Milicent Ludlow, daughter of Maj.-Gen. John Ludlow, on 1 September 1903.1 He died on 30 November 1922 at age 75.1
     He graduated from St. Catharine's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1869 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from St. Catharine's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1872 with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)1 He graduated from St. Catharine's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1872 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He graduated from St. Catharine's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1876 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.)
in 1877.1 He was an assistant physician between 1883 and 1902 at St. Bartholomew's Hospital, London, EnglandG.1 He was a lecturer between 1893 and 1911 at St. Bartholomew's Hospital Medical School, London, EnglandG.1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (F.R.C.P.I.) in 1912.1 He held the office of President of the Royal College of Physicians between 1918 and 1922.1 He was created 1st Baronet Moore, of Hancox, Whatlington, co. Sussex [U.K.] on 28 May 1919.1
