Cleveland Mervyn Keble, son of Colonel Alfred Ernest Conquer Keble, on 29 November 1927.1 She married, secondly, Stephen Philp, son of Robert Charles Penny Philp, on 10 October 1953.1 She died on 14 April 1994.1
     From 29 November 1927, her married name became Keble. From 10 October 1953, her married name became Philp.1

     Lt.-Col. Cleveland Mervyn Keble was the son of Colonel Alfred Ernest Conquer Keble.2 He married Iona Rebecca Trollope, daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Arthur Grant Trollope, 13th Bt. and Anna Georgina Prestage, on 29 November 1927.1 He died on 18 January 1948.1
     Lt.-Col. Cleveland Mervyn Keble gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Wiltshire Regiment.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).1
