     Richard Arthur Samuel Hulse was born on 22 March 1936.¹ He was the son of Sir Hamilton Westrow Hulse, 9th Bt. and Philippa Mabel Taylor.² He married Caroline Susan Joan Tapps Gervis Meyrick, daughter of Sir George David Eliott Tapps Gervis Meyrick, 6th Bt. and Ann Elizabeth Miller, on 14 November 1963.¹ He died on 31 December 2019 at age 83.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Scots Guards.¹ He lived in 2003 at The Old Chapel, Netton, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England^G.¹

     Thomas Parker Mew was baptised on 6 October 1819 at Newport, Hampshire, England.¹ He was the son of Benjamin Mew and Mary Ann (?)¹ He married Mary Julia Loe on 21 October 1840 at St. Thomas, Portsmouth, Hampshire, England.¹ He died in 1888 at Stockbridge, Hampshire, England.¹

     From 14 November 1963, her married name became Hulse. She lived in 2003 at The Old Chapel, Netton, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.²
