     From 6 June 1871, her married name became Haig.¹

     Jessie Marion Purbrook was the daughter of Henry James Purbrook.² She married, firstly, Sir Edmund Waller, 5th Bt., son of Sir Edmund Waller, 4th Bt. and Rebecca Guinness, on 2 September 1878.¹ She married, secondly, John Alicius Haig, son of John Haig and Rachel Mackerras Veitch, on 29 November 1890.¹ She died in March 1926.¹
     From before 1890, her married name became Waller.¹ From 29 November 1890, her married name became Haig.¹

     George Ogilvy Haig was born on 26 July 1859.¹ He was the son of John Haig and Rachel Mackerras Veitch.² He married Charlotte Augusta Astor, daughter of William Backhouse Astor, Jr. and Caroline Webster Schermerhorn, on 17 December 1896.¹ He died on 24 December 1905 at age 46, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹
