John Baillie and Cecilia Mary Hawkins, on 17 February 1863.1 He married, secondly, Fanny Walsham, daughter of Sir John James Walsham, 1st Bt. and Sarah Frances Bell, on 30 October 1883.3 He died on 24 March 1923 at age 90.1
     He lived at Halton Place, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)3
