     Richard Guinness was born on 6 September 1755.2 He was the son of Samuel Guinness and Sarah Jago.3 He married Mary Darley, daughter of John Darley, on 25 September 1783.1 He died on 10 September 1829 at age 74.1
     He was a practising barrister.1 In 1802 Freeman of Dublin.2
