     Lady Frances Douglas was the daughter of Hon. John Douglas and Lady Frances Lascelles.1 She married Lt.-Gen. Hon. Sir William Stewart, son of John Stewart, 7th Earl of Galloway and Anne Dashwood, on 21 April 1804.1 She died on 6 August 1833.1
     From 21 April 1804, her married name became Stewart.

     Horatio Stewart was born on 3 August 1806.1 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Hon. Sir William Stewart and Lady Frances Douglas.2 He married Sophia Stewart, daughter of Hon. Montgomery Granville John Stewart and Catherine Honyman, on 29 November 1833.1 He died on 20 September 1835 at age 29.1
     Horatio Stewart gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1
