     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was the Rector at Stowe-nine-Churches, Northamptonshire, England.1 He held the office of Rural Dean for Weedon between 1904 and 1913.1
