     Hon. Mary Catherine Hersey Gretton was the daughter of John Gretton, 1st Baron Gretton and Hon. Maud Helen Eveleigh-de Moleyns.2 She married Captain Edward William Brook, son of Lt.-Col. Charles Brook, on 19 July 1933.1 She died on 6 February 1972.1
     From 19 July 1933, her married name became Brook.

     Captain Edward William Brook was the son of Lt.-Col. Charles Brook.2 He married Hon. Mary Catherine Hersey Gretton, daughter of John Gretton, 1st Baron Gretton and Hon. Maud Helen Eveleigh-de Moleyns, on 19 July 1933.1 He died on 20 January 1963.1
     He lived at 2 Mansfield Street, London, EnglandG.3 He lived at Kinmount, Annan.3 He gained the rank of Captain in the 20th Hussars.3

     Anna Helena Margaret Loeffler usually went by her middle name of Margaret.1 From 6 May 1930, her married name became Gretton. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Staffordshire in 1943.1 After her marriage, Anna Helena Margaret Loeffler was styled as Baroness Gretton on 2 June 1947.

She lived in 2003 at Holygate Farm, Stapleford, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1 She held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Leicestershire.3 She was appointed Dame Commander, Royal Victorian Order (D.C.V.O.) in 2017.3
