     John Fraunceis Eyre FitzGerald, 25th Knight of Glin was born on 26 May 1813.3 He was the son of Lt.-Col. John Fraunceis FitzGerald, 24th Knight of Glin and Bridgetta Eyre.1,2 He married Clara Anne Blennerhassett, daughter of Gerald Blennerhassett and Elizabeth Massy, on 10 August 1835.1 He died on 25 November 1866 at age 53.1
     John Fraunceis Eyre FitzGerald, 25th Knight of Glin succeeded to the title of 25th Knight of Glin in 1854.3 He lived at Glin Castle, County Limerick, Ireland.3
