     Joseph Dudley Musson Cotter was born on 22 June 1866.¹ He was the son of Duncan Donald Darroch Cotter and Helen Musson.² He died on 14 January 1890 at age 23.¹

     Samuel James Musson lived at Kinnaird House, Upper Norwood, Surrey, England^G.¹

     Muriel Isobel Musson is the daughter of Samuel James Musson.² She married George Edmond Wentworth Cotter, son of Duncan Donald Darroch Cotter and Helen Musson, in 1906.¹
     From 1906, her married name became Cotter.

     Sir Robert Shaw, 1st Bt. was born on 29 January 1774.² He was the son of Robert Shaw and Mary Higgins.² He married, firstly, Maria Wilkinson, daughter of Abraham Wilkinson, on 7 January 1796.² He married, secondly, Amelia Spencer, daughter of Benjamin Spencer, on 2 July 1834.² He died on 10 March 1849 at age 75.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for New Ross and Dublin between 1804 and 1826.³ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Dublin in 1806.² On 17 August 1821 so created.² He was created 1st Baronet Shaw, of Bushy Park, co.      Ella Margaret Paterson was the daughter of William Paterson.² She married Duncan Donald Darroch Cotter, son of Reverend Joseph Rogerson Cotter and Mary Purcell, on 2 June 1874.¹ She died on 9 April 1907.¹
     From 2 June 1874, her married name became Cotter.

     Gerard William Ludlow Cotter was born on 15 June 1877.¹ He was the son of Duncan Donald Darroch Cotter and Ella Margaret Paterson.² He died in June 1879.¹

     Duncan Paterson Cotter was born on 17 July 1879.¹ He was the son of Duncan Donald Darroch Cotter and Ella Margaret Paterson.² He died on 24 February 1940 at age 60.¹

     Major Arundel John Plunkett Cotter was born on 1 June 1883.¹ He was the son of Duncan Donald Darroch Cotter and Ella Margaret Paterson.² He married Emma Stothard Carter, daughter of William Carter, on 26 April 1911.¹ He died on 27 October 1952 at age 69.¹
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the U.S. Army.¹
