     John Cornwallis was the son of Thomas Cornwalleys.2 He married Philippa Bucton, daughter of Robert Bucton.1 He died in 1446.1
     He acquired the manorial lordships of Bro(o)me and Oakley, Suffolk through his wife.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Suffolk, during King Richard II's reign.1

     Thomas Cornwallis is the son of Thomas Cornwallis and Philippa Tyrrel.2
     He had three elder sons, who all died without issue.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Suffolk circa 1450.1

     Sir William Cornwallis was the son of Thomas Cornwallis.2 He married Elizabeth Stanford, daughter of John Stanford.1 He died in November 1519.1
     Sir William Cornwallis lived at Broome, Suffolk, England.1 He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.).1
