     Edith Farquarharson Crowe married Frederick Stanley Coote, son of Cecil Henry Coote and Blanche Mabel Oldham, in 1920.¹ She died in 1985.¹

     Captain John Oldham Coote was born in 1921.¹ He was the son of Frederick Stanley Coote and Edith Farquarharson Crowe.² He married Sylvia Syson, daughter of Rear-Admiral John Luxmoore Syson, on 18 September 1944.¹ He died on 11 June 1993.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Navy.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹
