     Mary Coote was born circa 1794.¹ She was the daughter of Chidley Coote and Elizabeth Anne Carr.² She married Charles Launcelot Sandes on 15 January 1815.¹ She died on 6 February 1852.¹
      From 15 January 1815, her married name became Sandes.

     Andrew J. Gilman was born in 1964 at Derby, Derbyshire, England.¹ He is the son of Peter J. I. Gilman and Margaret R. Goodhand.¹

     Caroline Whaley was the daughter of John Whaley.² She married Sir Charles Henry Coote, 9th Bt., son of Chidley Coote and Elizabeth Anne Carr, in 1814.¹ She died on 11 March 1871.¹
      From 1814, her married name became Coote.

     Sir Charles Henry Coote, 10th Bt. was born in September 1815.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Henry Coote, 9th Bt. and Caroline Whaley.² He died on 15 November 1895 at age 80, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded to the title of 10th Baronet Coote, of Castle Cuffe, Queen's Co. [I., 1621] on 8 October 1864.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).¹

     John Chidley Coote was born on 6 September 1816.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Henry Coote, 9th Bt. and Caroline Whaley.² He married Margaret Mary Pole Cosby, daughter of Sydney Cosby and Emily Ashworth, on 6 December 1855.¹ He died on 26 April 1879 at age 62, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 43rd Light Infantry.¹

     Margaret Mary Pole Cosby was the daughter of Sydney Cosby and Emily Ashworth.^1,2 She married, firstly, John Chidley Coote, son of Sir Charles Henry Coote, 9th Bt. and Caroline Whaley, on 6 December 1855.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Charles Robert Pigott, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Pigott, 2nd Bt. and Georgiana Anne Brummell, on 14 July 1880.¹ She died on 9 December 1924.¹
      From 6 December 1855, her married name became Coote. From 14 July 1880, her married name became Pigott.¹

     Rev. Sir Algernon Coote, 11th Bt. was born on 29 September 1817.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Henry Coote, 9th Bt. and Caroline Whaley.² He married, firstly, Cecilia Matilda Plumptre, daughter of John Pemberton Plumptre, on 12 February 1847.¹ He married, secondly, Constance Headlam, daughter of T.H. Headlam, on 25 September 1879.³ He died on 20 November 1899 at age 82.³
     He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).¹ He was the Vicar at Nonington, Kent, England.¹ He succeeded to the title of 11th Baronet Coote, of Castle Cuffe, Queen's Co. [I., 1621] on 15 November 1895.¹ He lived at Ballyfin, County Laois, Ireland.¹

     Admiral Robert Coote was born on 1 June 1820.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Henry Coote, 9th Bt. and Caroline Whaley.² He married Lucy Parry, daughter of Admiral Sir William E. Parry, on 14 February 1854.¹ He died on 17 March 1898 at age 77.¹
     He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).¹ He gained the rank of Admiral in the service of the Royal Navy.¹
