     Captain Donald Lewis Astley Cooper was born on 26 December 1920.1 He was the son of Colonel Clifton Graham Astley Cooper and Ida Margaret Mary Forbes.2 He died in January 1951 at age 30 at Korea, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the K.R.I. Hussars.1 He gained the rank of Korean War.1

Florence Winifred Astley Cooper1

     Florence Winifred Astley Cooper was the daughter of Major Loftus Lewis Astley Cooper and Florence Louisa Briggs.2 She married Colonel William Arthur Travell Bowly, son of Commander J. E. Bowly, on 6 September 1905.1 She died on 2 February 1962.1
      From 6 September 1905, her married name became Bowly.

     Colonel William Arthur Travell Bowly was the son of Commander J. E. Bowly.2 He married Florence Winifred Astley Cooper, daughter of Major Loftus Lewis Astley Cooper and Florence Louisa Briggs, on 6 September 1905.1 He died on 24 October 1957.1
     He was decorated with the award of the Military Cross (M.C.).1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment.1 He was invested as a Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.).1 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.).1

     Brigadier Colin Burton was the son of Edward P. Burton.2 He married Gladys Astley Cooper, daughter of Major Loftus Lewis Astley Cooper and Florence Louisa Briggs, on 10 April 1907.1 He died on 4 May 1945.1
     He gained the rank of Brigadier in the service of the Royal Army Service Corps.1 He was decorated with the award of the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.).1
