     Arthur Cooke-Yarborough was born on 8 May 1852.1 He was the son of George Cooke-Yarborough and Mary Louisa Heathfield.2 He married Ethel Constance Capel, daughter of Reverend William Rawlins Capel, on 20 June 1877.1 He died on 1 May 1933 at age 80.3
     Arthur Cooke-Yarborough was a practising solicitor.1 He held the office of Mayor of Boston, Lincolnshire between 1917 and 1919.1
