     Anne Moffet was the daughter of John Moffet.1 She married Humphrey Wyndham Cook, son of Wyndham Francis Cook and Frederica Evelyn Stillwell Freeland, on 4 February 1941.1 She died after 1970.1
     From 4 February 1941, her married name became Cook.1
