     Piers Desmond Herschel Chichester was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England.¹ He was invested as a Fellow, Association of Agricultural Valuers (F.A.A.V.).¹ An agricultural valuer and auctioneer in the Midlands, later a land agent and rural estate manager in the South, and landowner and farmer in Dorset.² He was invested as a Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (F.R.I.C.S.).¹ He lived in 2003 at Whatcombe House, Winterbourne Whitechurch, Blandford, Dorset, England.¹

     Charlotte Anne Heaton-Ellis was born on 16 December 1959.² She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Peter Richard Heaton-Ellis and Prudence Elizabeth Woodbine Parish.^1,2 She married Piers Desmond Herschel Chichester, son of Desmond Shane Chichester and Patricia Pleydell-Railston, on 17 June 1989.¹
     From 17 June 1989, her married name became Chichester.¹

     Lt.-Col. Peter Richard Heaton-Ellis was born on 31 August 1923.² He is the son of Major John Sydney Heaton-Ellis and Jean Robinson Lee-Horwood.² He married Prudence Elizabeth Woodbine Parish, daughter of Commander Frank Reginald Woodbine Parish, on 1 September 1956.²

Peter Richard Heaton-Ellis was educated at Imperial Service College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England.² He was commissioned in 1943, in the service of the Royal Horse Artillery.² He fought in the Second World War, in North-West Europe.² He was seconded to the Sudan Defence Force between 1950 and 1954.² He was Commanding Officer of the King's Troop, Royal Horse Artillery in 1961.² He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).¹ He lived at The Coach House, Chitterne, Wiltshire, England.¹
