     William Greville Sale Massey was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.1 He graduated from Hertford College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1977 entitled to practice as a barrister.1 He was invested as a Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1996.1 He lived in 2003 at The Barn, Beanacre, Melksham, Wiltshire, England.1
