     Arthur Burdett was born on 1 September 1814.3 He was the son of Arthur Burdett and Anna Ripley.2 He married, firstly, Grace Florinda Trench, daughter of John Eyre Trench and Grace Burdett, on 25 March 1862.3 He married, secondly, Emma Wyke Eager, daughter of Major Francis Russell Eager, on 18 December 1875.3 He died on 16 January 1884 at age 69.3
     Arthur Burdett graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for King's County.3 He held the office of High Sheriff of King's County in 1877.3 He lived at Coolfin, County Offaly, Ireland.3 He lived at Ballymany, County Kildare, Ireland.3 He lived at Ballywalter, County Tipperary, Ireland.3
