Netta Sobell was born in 1920.2 She was the daughter of Sir Michael Sobell and Anne Rakusen.3,4 She married Arnold Weinstock, Baron Weinstock, son of Simon Weinstock and Golda (?), in 1949.1 She died on 28 January 2019.2
From 1949, her married name became Weinstock. After her marriage, Netta Sobell was styled as Baroness Weinstock on 17 July 1980.

Hon. Simon Andrew Weinstock was born on 24 February 1952.1 He was the son of Arnold Weinstock, Baron Weinstock and Netta Sobell.2 He married Laura Helen Legh, daughter of Major Hon. Sir Francis Michael Legh and Ruadh Daphne Watson, in 1979.1 He died on 8 May 1996 at age 44.1
He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was a commercial manager and commercial director with GEC between 1983 and 1996.1

Major Hon. Sir Francis Michael Legh was born on 2 August 1919.2 He was the son of Richard William Davenport Legh, 3rd Baron Newton and Hon. Helen Winifred Meysey-Thompson.2 He married Ruadh Daphne Watson, daughter of Alan Holmes Watson, on 16 November 1948.2 He died on 26 October 1984 at age 65 at Lambeth, London, England.2,3
