     Maj.-Gen. Henry Young Darracott Scott was born on 2 January 1822 at Plymouth, Devon, England.² He was the son of Edward Scott.² He died on 16 April 1883 at age 61 at Davenport House, Silverdale, Sydenham, Kent, England.²
     He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).¹ He was inventor of selenitic cement and military engineer.²

     Henry Bowes Scott was the son of Maj.-Gen. Henry Young Darracott Scott.² He married Alice Henrietta Rodney Owen, daughter of Sir Hugh Owen, 2nd Bt. and Henrietta Fraser Rodney, on 27 November 1879.¹ He died in 1894.¹

     Martha Robert Lewis married Sir Hugh Charles Owen, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Hugh Owen, 2nd Bt. and Angelina Maria Cecilia Morgan, on 27 November 1890.¹ She died on 16 February 1937.¹

     Sir John Arthur Owen, 4th Bt. was born on 5 February 1892.¹ He was the son of Sir Hugh Charles Owen, 3rd Bt. and Martha Robert Lewis.² He married Lucy Fletcher Pilkington, daughter of Fred William Pilkington, on 29 December 1914.¹ He died on 20 September 1973 at age 81.¹
     He was educated at Llandovery School, Llandovery, Carmarthenshire, Wales.¹ He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Owen, of Orielton, co. Pembroke [U.K., 1813] on 4 April 1909.¹ He was educated at St. John's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 11th Battalion, Somerset Light Infantry.¹

     William Owen was born in 1894.¹ He was the son of Sir Hugh Charles Owen, 3rd Bt. and Martha Robert Lewis.² He died, young.¹

     Lieutenant Augustus Owen was born on 15 August 1895.¹ He was the son of Sir Hugh Charles Owen, 3rd Bt. and Martha Robert Lewis.² He died on 6 August 1918 at age 22, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 8th Battalion, Somerset Light Infantry.¹ He was decorated with the award of the Military Cross (M.C.).¹
