     Major Cecil Leander John Bowen was born on 11 June 1895.2 He was the son of George John Bowen.2 He married Maisie Pedley, daughter of Major Oswald Henry Pedley, before 1940.1 He died on 15 May 1940 at age 44 at Narvik, NorwayG, killed in action.1,3 He was buried at Narvik Civil Cemetery, Narvik, NorwayG.3
     He fought in the Second World War. He gained the rank of Major in the 1st Battalion, Irish Guards.1

     Jean Graham is the daughter of Peter Foster Graham.2 She married Peter Lovell Lovell-Davis, Baron Lovell-Davis, son of William Lovell Davis and Winifred Mary Frear, in 1950.1
     From 1950, her married name became Lovell-Davis. After her marriage, Jean Graham was styled as Baroness Lovell-Davis on 26 June 1974.
