     Lt.-Col. Sidney Robert Gordon Kendall was the son of Surgn.-Gen. Henry Kendall.2 He married Constance Alice Leese, daughter of Sir Joseph Francis Leese, 1st Bt. and Mary Constance Hargreaves, on 11 September 1907.1 He died on 19 March 1959.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Army.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)1

     Dorothy Violet Leese was born on 26 November 1883.1 She was the daughter of Sir Joseph Francis Leese, 1st Bt. and Mary Constance Hargreaves.2 She married Leonard Curtis Rawlence, son of James Edward Rawlence, on 11 April 1907.1 She died on 28 April 1942 at age 58.1
     From 11 April 1907, her married name became Rawlence.

     Barbara Adamson Parker was born on 30 April 1926.2 She was the daughter of Albert Parker.1 She married John Thornton Calvert in 1948.2 She married, secondly, Robert Lynd Erskine Lowry, Baron Lowry, son of Rt. Hon. William Lowry, in 1994.1 She died on 22 July 2015 at age 89.2
     She was educated at London School of Economics, London, England.2 From 1948, her married name became Calvert.1 She held the office of Deputy High Court Judge.2 She was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1975.1 After her marriage, Barbara Adamson Parker was styled as Baroness Lowry in 1994. From 1994, her married name became Lowry.1

     From 1944, her married name became Lewin. After her marriage, Jane Branch-Evans was styled as Baroness Lewin on 19 November 1982.
