     John Percy Burrell was born on 11 February 1873.1 He was the son of Sir Willoughby Merrik Campbell Burrell, 5th Baron Gywdyr and Mary Banks.1 He died on 17 August 1902 at age 29, unmarried.1
     John Percy Burrell was third secretary with HM Diplomatic Service.1

     Anne Ord was the daughter of John Ord.1 She married Sir Willoughby Merrik Campbell Burrell, 5th Baron Gywdyr, son of Peter Robert Burrell, 4th Baron Gwydyr and Sophia Campbell, on 4 June 1901.1 She died on 12 May 1910.1
     From 4 June 1901, her married name became Burrell.1 As a result of her marriage, Anne Ord was styled as Baroness Gwydyr on 3 April 1909.

     Sir William Malcolm Hailey, 1st and last Baron Hailey was born on 15 February 1872.3 He was the son of Hammett Hailey and Maria Coelia Clode.2 He married Andreina Alesandra Balzani, daughter of Conte Hannibale Balzani, on 18 December 1896.1 He died on 1 June 1969 at age 97.1
     Sir William Malcolm Hailey, 1st and last Baron Hailey was educated at Merchant Taylors' School, London, England.1 He graduated from Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1895 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He was with the Indian Civil Service in 1895.1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.) in 1911.1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Star of India (C.S.I.) in 1915.1 He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.) in 1922.1 He held the office of Governor of Punjab between 1924 and 1928.1 He was invested as a Knight Grand Commander, Order of the Indian Empire (G.C.I.E.) in 1928.1 He held the office of Governor of the United Provinces of Agra and Oudh between 1928 and 1934.1 He graduated from Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1929 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was invested as a Knight Grand Commander, Order of the Star of India (G.C.S.I.) in 1932.1 He was created 1st Baron Hailey, of Shahpur in the Punjab and Newport Pagnell, co. Buckingham [U.K.] on 15 July 1936.1 He was invested as a Knight Grand Cross, Order of St. Michael and St. George (G.C.M.G.) in 1938.1 He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1949.1 He was decorated with the Order of Merit (O.M.) in 1956.1
