     He graduated from St. Andrews University, St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland, in 1950 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was educated at Paris University, Paris, France.1 He was with the Kenya Civil Service between 1952 and 1965.1 He was decorated with the award of the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)
