     Paul Frederick Villiers was born on 8 July 1884.1 He was the son of Reverend Henry Montagu Villiers and Charlotte Louisa Emily Cadogan.2 He married Evelyn Webb, daughter of Edward S. Webb, on 24 October 1912.1 He died on 24 May 1968 at age 83.2
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Major in the 14th Hussars Canadian Local Forces.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.1 He was awarded the Order of Danilo of Montenegro 4th Class.2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Commonwealth Society.2
