Victor Patrick Hamilton Wills was born on 4 May 1926.2 He was the son of Gilbert Alan Hamilton Wills, 1st Baron Dulverton and Victoria May Chichester.2 He married, firstly, Felicity Betty Jonsson, daughter of Major Aubrey Thomas Jonsson, on 28 July 1948.2 He and Felicity Betty Jonsson were divorced in 1962.2 He married, secondly, Jean Felicity Erskine, daughter of Captain Hon. Francis Walter Erskine and Phyllis Burstall, on 10 January 1963.2 He married, thirdly, Elizabeth Gilmor in 1988.2 He and Elizabeth Gilmor were divorced in 1993.2 He died on 5 January 2011 at age 84.3
