     Constance Winifred Cayzer was the daughter of Sir Charles William Cayzer, 1st Bt. and Agnes Elizabeth Trickey.2 She married Admiral Sir Charles Edward Madden, 1st Bt., son of John William Madden and Emily Busby, on 28 June 1905.1 She died on 18 November 1964.1 She was also reported to have died on 26 November 1964.2
     From 28 June 1905, her married name became Madden.

     She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)1 From 1897, her married name became Phillips.3

     Sir Charles William Cayzer, 3rd Bt. was born on 6 January 1896.1 He was the son of Sir Charles William Cayzer, 2nd Bt. and Annie Mabel White.2 He married Beatrice Eileen Meakin, daughter of James Meakin and Emma Beatrice Wallace, on 1 October 1919.1 He died on 18 February 1940 at age 44.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 19th Hussars.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Cayzer, of Gartmore, Perthshire [U.K., 1904] on 20 July 1917.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Chester between 1922 and 1940.1 He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers.1 He gained the rank of Staff Captain in the 22nd Heavy Armoured Brigade.1 He fought in the Second World War.1
