     William Cayley was born on 26 May 1807.¹ He was the son of John Cayley and Harriett Raikes.² He married Emma Robinson Boulton, daughter of D'Arcy Boulton, on 12 April 1836.¹ He died on 23 February 1890 at age 82.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) [Canada]¹ He was Inspector-General of Canada.¹ He lived at Toronto, Ontario, Canada^G.¹
     He had five other sons and a daughter.¹

     Emma Robinson Boulton was the daughter of D'Arcy Boulton.² She married William Cayley, son of John Cayley and Harriett Raikes, on 12 April 1836.¹ She died on 15 March 1890.¹
     From 12 April 1836, her married name became Cayley.

     Reverend John D'Arcy Cayley was born on 15 March 1837.¹ He was the son of William Cayley and Emma Robinson Boulton.² He married Mary Magdalene Cartwright, daughter of J. S. Cartwright, on 18 June 1861.¹ He died on 20 August 1911 at age 74.¹
     He was the Rector at St. George's Church, Toronto, Ontario, Canada^G.¹ He held the office of Canon and Precentor of St. Alban.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹

     Mary Magdalene Cartwright was the daughter of J. S. Cartwright.² She married Reverend John D'Arcy Cayley, son of William Cayley and Emma Robinson Boulton, on 18 June 1861.¹ She died on 10 October 1900.¹
     Her married name became Cayley.

     Reverend Edward Cartwright Cayley was born on 13 February 1864.¹ He was the son of Reverend John D'Arcy Cayley and Mary Magdalene Cartwright.² He married Alice Broughall, daughter of Reverend A. J. Broughall, on 25 September 1895.¹ He died on 11 April 1921 at age 57.¹
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector at St. Simon's Church, Toronto, Ontario, Canada^G.¹ He was a Professor of Theology at Trinity College, Toronto University, Toronto, Ontario, Canada^G.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹

     Reverend A. J. Broughall was the Rector at St. Stephen's Church, Toronto, Ontario, Canada^G.¹

     Alice Broughall was the daughter of Reverend A. J. Broughall.² She married Reverend Edward Cartwright Cayley, son of Reverend John D'Arcy Cayley and Mary Magdalene Cartwright, on 25 September 1895.¹ She died in 1951.¹
     From 25 September 1895, her married name became Cayley.

     Arthur Bowen Cayley was born on 28 November 1898.¹ He was the son of Reverend Edward Cartwright Cayley and Alice Broughall.² He married Katharine Vanderwerken Howland, daughter of Peleg Howland, on 3 September 1921.¹ He died in 1973.¹
     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded and became a POW.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Garrison Artillery.¹
