     Albert Edward Charles Robert Wynn-Carington, Viscount Wendover was born on 24 April 1895 at 50 Grosvenor Street, London, England.1,2 He was the son of Sir Charles Robert Wynn-Carington, 1st and last Marquess of Lincolnshire and Hon. Cecilia Margaret Harbord.3 He was baptised as a with the Prince of Wales as sponsor on 5 June 1895 at Wycombe Parish Church, Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England.2 He died on 19 May 1915 at age 20, from wounds received in action.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was styled as Viscount Wendover between 1912 and 1915.1 He gained the rank of First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Horse Guards.1
