     Mary Ann Burn is the daughter of Joseph Burn.2 She married Sir James Campbell of Aberuchill, 3rd Bt., son of Colin Campbell and Catherine Nisbet.1
     Her married name became Campbell.1

     Thomas Campbell was born in 1769.1 He was the son of Sir James Campbell of Aberuchill, 3rd Bt. and Mary Ann Burn.2 He died in 1799, unmarried.1

     William Campbell was born in 1774.1 He was the son of Sir James Campbell of Aberuchill, 3rd Bt. and Mary Ann Burn.2 He married, firstly, Eliza Hunter, daughter of William Hunter, in 1804.1 He married, secondly, Jane Cleghorn, daughter of H. Cleghorn, in 1820.1 He died in 1849.1
     William Campbell was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.).1

     Colonel James Campbell was born in 1806.1 He was the son of William Campbell and Jane Cleghorn.2 He married, firstly, Rebecca Stuart, daughter of Reverend John Stuart.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Alexina Boyd, daughter of John Boyd.1 He died in 1884.1
     Colonel James Campbell gained the rank of Colonel.1
