     Harry Gurney Buxton was born on 23 June 1871.1 He was the son of Samuel Gurney Buxton and Louisa Caroline Hoare.2 He married Evelyn Musgrave Harvey, daughter of Richard Musgrave Harvey, on 30 April 1910.1 He died on 6 August 1936 at age 65.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1901.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Temporary Captain in the 9th Battalion, Norfolk Regiment.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Norfolk.1

     From 30 April 1910, her married name became Buxton.

     Grizell Evelyn Buxton was born on 18 July 1919.1 She was the daughter of Harry Gurney Buxton and Evelyn Musgrave Harvey.2 She married Venerable Edwin James Greenfield Ward, son of Reverend Frederick Greenfield Ward, on 4 September 1946.1 She died in 1985.3
     She gained the rank of Junior Commander in the Auxiliary Territorial Service, during the Second World War.1 From 4 September 1946, her married name became Ward.

     Venerable Edwin James Greenfield Ward was born on 26 October 1919.2 He was the son of Reverend Frederick Greenfield Ward.3 He married Grizell Evelyn Buxton, daughter of Harry Gurney Buxton and Evelyn Musgrave Harvey, on 4 September 1946.1 He died on 22 November 2005 at age 86.2
