     Dorothy Leach was born circa 1623.1 She was the daughter of Sir Edward Leach.2 She married Sir James Long, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Walter Long and Lady Anne Ley, circa 1640.1 She died in 1710.2 She was buried at Draycot, Wiltshire, England.2 Her will was probated in March 1711.2
     From circa 1640, her married name became Long.1
