     Hon. Colin John Buckmaster was born on 17 April 1923.1 He was the son of Owen Stanley Buckmaster, 2nd Viscount Buckmaster and Joan Simpson.1 He married May Gibbon, daughter of Charles Henry Gibbon, on 12 October 1946.1 He died on 30 November 2003 at age 80.2
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.1 He lived in 2003 at Ryece Hall, Brettenham, Ipswich, Suffolk, EnglandG.1

     May Gibbon was born in 1922.2 She was the daughter of Charles Henry Gibbon.1 She married Hon. Colin John Buckmaster, son of Owen Stanley Buckmaster, 2nd Viscount Buckmaster and Joan Simpson, on 12 October 1946.1 She died on 10 December 2016 at Canterbury House, Hadleigh, Suffolk, England.2
     From 12 October 1946, her married name became Buckmaster.

     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1974 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was managing director of Dowty Mining in 1980.1 He lived in 2003 at The Close, Holdfast, Upton-on-Severn, Worcestershire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount Buckmaster [U.K., 1933] on 8 June 2007.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Buckmaster, of Cheddington, co. Buckingham [U.K., 1915] on 8 June 2007.2

     She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)1 From 26 July 1975, her married name became Buckmaster. After her marriage, Elizabeth Mary Mark was styled as Viscountess Buckmaster on 8 June 2007.
