     Eusebius Borchard Bentinck, Baron Bentinck was born on 14 May 1643.1 He was the son of Bernard Bentinck, Baron Bentinck and Anne van Bloemendale.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth de Brakell, daughter of Diderik de Brakell, Baron de Brakell, on 4 November 1670.1 He married, secondly, Baroness Hendrina Schimmelpenninck van der Oye in 1687.1 He died on 25 October 1710 at age 67.2
     Eusebius Borchard Bentinck, Baron Bentinck succeeded to the title of 8th Baron Bentinck [The Netherlands] on 9 February 1691.1 He was Upper Burgomaster of Maastricht and Hasselt.1 He lived at Schoonheten.1
