     Silvestre de Palacio y Elissague was born in 1855.1 He was the son of Antonio de Palacio y Montehermoso and Fanny Elissague Lahetjuran.1 He married Isabel de Epalza y Palacio, daughter of Domingo de Epalza y Larraondo and Encarnacion de Palacio Muruaga. He died in 1921.1
     Silvestre de Palacio y Elissague was an engineer.1

     Isabel de Epalza y Palacio was born in 1852.1 She was the daughter of Domingo de Epalza y Larraondo and Encarnacion de Palacio Muruaga.1 She married Silvestre de Palacio y Elissague, son of Antonio de Palacio y Montehermoso and Fanny Elissague Lahetjuran. She died in 1898.1
