     Amelia Dewar was the daughter of David Dewar.1 She married Sir Thomas Brooke, 1st and last Bt., son of Thomas Brooke and Ann Ingham, on 3 July 1860.1 She died on 10 May 1901, without issue.1
     From 3 July 1860, her married name became Brooke.1

     From before 1902, her married name became Forster.1 From 30 September 1902, her married name became Brooke.1
