Sir Francis Ford, 1st Bt. was born on 15 November 1758.2 He was the son of Francis Ford and Elizabeth Hothersall.2 He married Mary Anson, daughter of George Anson and Hon. Mary Venables-Vernon, on 22 January 1785.1 He died on 17 June 1801 at age 42 at BarbadosG.2
