     Harold Brocklebank was born on 24 November 1853.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Brocklebank, 1st Bt. and Anne Robinson.¹ He married Mary Ellen Brogden, daughter of John Brogden, in 1878.¹ He died on 1 December 1936 at age 83.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.¹

     Mary Ellen Brogden was the daughter of John Brogden.¹ She married Harold Brocklebank, son of Sir Thomas Brocklebank, 1st Bt. and Anne Robinson, in 1878.¹ She died on 20 November 1929.¹
     From 1878, her married name became Brocklebank.¹

     Captain Thomas Geoffrey Brocklebank was born on 3 November 1882.¹ He was the son of Harold Brocklebank and Mary Ellen Brogden.¹ He died on 5 August 1916 at age 33, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th West Lancaster (Howitzer) Brigade, Royal Field Artillery.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Captain Harold Arthur Brocklebank was born in 1889.¹ He was the son of Harold Brocklebank and Mary Ellen Brogden.¹ He married Morwenna Riley, daughter of John Athelstan Laurie Riley and Hon. Andalusia Louisa Charlotte Georgina Molesworth, on 15 January 1920.¹ He died on 12 June 1944.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalion, Royal Lancaster Regiment.¹

     Morwenna Riley is the daughter of John Athelstan Laurie Riley and Hon. Andalusia Louisa Charlotte Georgina Molesworth.¹ She married Captain Harold Arthur Brocklebank, son of Harold Brocklebank and Mary Ellen Brogden, on 15 January 1920.¹
     From 15 January 1920, her married name became Brocklebank.¹

     Joscelin Alexander Trefusis Riley-Smith was born on 25 February 2010.¹ He is the son of Tobias Augustine William Riley-Smith and Tamara Jane Trefusis.¹

     Katherine Mary Brocklebank was the daughter of Harold Brocklebank and Mary Ellen Brogden.¹ She married Alfred Geoffrey Turner, son of Alfred Morrison Turner and Amy Susan Osgood, on 25 July 1911.¹ She died on 18 August 1955.¹
     From 25 July 1911, her married name became Turner.¹
