     Sir Richard Symons, 1st and last Bt. was the son of Richard Peers and Anna Sophia Symons.1,3 He died on 4 July 1796, unmarried.4
     He was given the name of Richard Peers at birth. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hereford between 1768 and 1784.4 He was created 1st Baronet Symons [Great Britain] on 23 May 1774.3

     Sir Charles Richard Blunt, 4th Bt. was born on 6 December 1775 at Odiham, Hampshire, EnglandG.1,2 He was the son of Sir Charles William Blunt, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Peers.1 He married Sophia Baker, daughter of Richard Baker, on 20 March 1824 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone Road, Marylebone, London, EnglandG.1,2 He died on 29 February 1840 at age 64 at Eaton Place, Pimlico, London, EnglandG.1,2 He was buried at Heathfield Park, Sussex, EnglandG.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 27 March 1840.2
     He was in the Honourable East India Company Service, in the Bengal Civil Service.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Blunt, of London [G.B., 1720] on 29 August 1802.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lewes between 1831 and 1840.2 His last will was dated 1 December 1838.

     Sophia Baker was the daughter of Richard Baker.1 She married, firstly, Richard Auchmuty before 1824.1 She married, secondly, Sir Charles Richard Blunt, 4th Bt., son of Sir Charles William Blunt, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Peers, on 20 March 1824 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone Road, Marylebone, London, EnglandG.1,2 She died on 14 August 1862.1
     From before 1824, her married name became Auchmuty.1 From 20 March 1824, her married name became Blunt.1

     Sir Walter Blunt, 5th Bt. was born on 16 March 1826.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Richard Blunt, 4th Bt. and Sophia Baker.1 He was baptised on 19 April 1826 at Heathfield Park, Sussex, EnglandG.2 He died on 13 July 1847 at age 21 at Heathfield Park, Sussex, EnglandG, unmarried.1,2 His will was proven (by probate) on 25 July 1847.2
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Blunt, of London [G.B., 1720] on 29 February 1840.1 He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 31 May 1844.2 His last will was dated 16 March 1847.

     Eliza Forbes Mercer was the daughter of Major William Forbes Mercer.1 She married Richard Charles Blunt, son of Sir Charles William Blunt, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Peers, on 15 November 1809.1 She died on 23 April 1871.1
     From 15 November 1809, her married name became Blunt.1

     Sir Charles William Blunt, 6th Bt. was born on 22 November 1810.1 He was the son of Richard Charles Blunt and Eliza Forbes Mercer.1 He died on 5 November 1890 at age 79, unmarried.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1834 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1835 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1845 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Blunt, of London [G.B., 1720] on 13 July 1847.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He held the office of Sheriff of Sussex in 1873.2
