     Dr. Hyde Salter married Henrietta Laura Blunt, daughter of Reverend Edward Powlett Blunt and Caroline Anne Clavell, on 1 January 1859.1 He died in 1871.1
     Dr. Hyde Salter was invested as a Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.).1
